Media Policies
Media Center
The media center is open each morning at 8:10. Any student wishing to visit the media center in the morning should come by the office and receive a media pass. Students are free to check out books, work on assignments, as well as using any of the technology equipment with the assistance of media personnel.
Loan Period
- Books - 2 weeks
- Magazines - Overnight
- Tapes, CD's, DVD's - 1 week
- 1 week renewal for books
Borrowing Limits
- Books - 2
- Magazines - 1
- Tapes, CD's, DVD's - 1
Fines
- Overdues - TBA
- Lost / Damaged - original cost of book

Expectations for Students
- Respect other users' need for a quiet working environment.
- Take care of Media Center resources.
- Return materials on time.
- Follow ACS Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws when using technology.
- Pick up a pass from the office if you wish to use the Media Center before 8:30 a.m.
- Let Media Staff know 1 week in advance if you need to use the Media Center after 4:00 p.m.
